The "Willy Wonka" experience of coffee. Great for a rainy day or as a stop while exploring the Capitol Hill neighborhood.

A large Reserve with ample seating, expanded drink options, and even a gift shop, cocktail bar, and pastry bar. This may not be the original location, but it is much easier to get into with a much shorter wait. The location is in a historic building with brass finishing and roasting instruments.

If you're considering a visit to the original Starbucks, you might consider this place instead. The roastery is a beautiful spot to sit and have a coffee, you can go on a tour, or even have a bite to eat.

Seattle Roastery, the first Starbucks Reserve Roastery in Seattle's vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood since December 2014. It is an immersive and dramatic expression of Starbucks' passion for coffee, located just nine blocks from the original Starbucks Pike Place store.
