Only a few blocks west on Courtland, then turn right a go a couple of blocks north. Terrific breakfast and coffee w/ WiFi Also, good for lunch

A 12 minute walk from Palomino Hideaway. We love the veggie breakfast sandwich and the patio. They have a sand box for the kids too.

Cute and cozy coffee shop not too far away. They serve sandwiches and soups too. We love it here.
