La Placita is a very popular nightlife area. There are dozens of bars spread out over a several block radius. There is a lot of late night food available as well!

It’s literally the plaza of Santurce. It’s surrounded by bars. It is very hard to find parking- Uber/Taxi to get there is highly recommended

On Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 6pm on you will find locals and tourists enjoying food and drinks at the different bars and restaurants in this area. There’s usually live music and people dancing, bar hopping, walking around, or sitting outside while dining or enjoying cocktails. After 9pm when most restaurants start closing, the bars will continue playing loud music and stay open till around 2am.
