Large natural open space with a large lake and nature preserves. Great trails for dog walking and exploration.

Crown Hill Park Trail at Wadsworth and 26th Avenue. One of our favorite places to go for a morning stroll. Easy walk around a small lake. From our front door, go west (left) on W 44th Avenue, left on Wadsworth to 26th Avenue, turn right. Go several blocks down 26th. Park enterance is on your right.

Perfect morning or sunset walk around stunning Crown Hill Lake. Views of the Rockies. Great bird watching.

My favorite place for a close-by trail experience. Not very crowded and has great views of the mountains across the lake. Stay on the outer perimeter for the longest loop (about 2.4 miles).

A quieter park than Sloan's Lake. Nice wide sidewalk which goes around it. It has a bird viewing area.
