Provins

A beautiful medieval town just over an hour’s drive from Paris. Provins used to be an important trading post during the Middle Ages, and you’ll find references that date back to the 4th century, especially in the “upper city.” Don’t miss walking on the ramparts, through the underground tunnels, and into the Caesar’s Tower dungeon. And pick up some of their famous rose honey! During spring and summer, when roses bloom everywhere.
