Perched on a tidal waterway and beside a small bridge. Tiny, off the beaten path, outside waterfront tables for eating & dogs allowed; a few tables (no pets) inside, Service is NOT overly friendly but the food is good, good value too. It's a small market, sells soda, wine beer, chips but the fried seafood is some of the best around.

Go to spot, walkable, for fish and chips, lobster rolls plus their homemade donuts on Fridays are amazing!

Hidden spot. 10 min from house. Recommend lobster and crab rolls or any seafood.

For my money, or yours, Trevett Country Store has the best lobster rolls in Maine. And Fried Clams or Grilled Cheese. And Whoopie Pies. Also its a grocery store, with a decent wine selection..and a great view of one of Maine last remaining hand operated draw bridges
