Simon was a very attentive and responsive host! I would get responses to my questions very quickly. The listing was much quieter than expected for being in a busy part of Philly. The apartment was also fairly clean. The only wrinkle was that the bathroom floor felt a little bit gritty for some reason? Otherwise, everything else was spick and span. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Philly!

The accommodations were exactly what was described and exactly fit our needs. It was conveniently located and the few eclectic spots around the listing were surprisingly awesome. Taco joint, Chinese Mexican & cafe all were top notch.

The department is beautiful, but the start of the show is the host he communicates with you 24 hours of the day no matter what time it is night or morning you will get an answer and I truly appreciate it
