The lead guest will be required to provide a copy of their passport at the time of booking, along with the completion of our Guest Information Form.

To comply with the legal requirements for All Spanish Tourist Accommodations (Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021), each guest who is of the age 14 or over will be requested to complete a Guest Traveller Form. Adults can complete this on behalf of a traveling child between 14 to 18, but must provide their relationship to the child. Check-in to the property may be declined if the requested information is not provided prior to arrival.

Please note that check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM, unless agreed otherwise in advance. The exact villa address will be shared 48 hours before arrival for security reasons.

3 hours daily except Sunday and bank holidays. Once per weekly stay bed linen change. Towels changed when requested.

Cala Conta is located on the west coast of Ibiza and is widely regarded as one of the island’s most scenic areas. The beach is known for its crystal-clear turquoise waters, fine golden sand, and panoramic views of small offshore islets. It is especially popular for its sunsets, which draw visitors in the late afternoon and evening to watch the sun dip below the horizon.

The surrounding neighbourhood is primarily residential, with a mix of modern villas, low-rise holiday homes, and a few boutique hotels. It has a quiet, exclusive feel, appealing to those seeking privacy and natural surroundings. While the area remains largely undeveloped compared to Ibiza’s more urban zones, it offers essential services and a handful of beach restaurants and bars, including well-known establishments such as Sunset Ashram.

Cala Conta is easily accessible by road and is approximately:

- 30–35 minutes from Ibiza Town
