Downtown Camas has many activities to indulge in during your stay like the art gallery, downtown events, and the beautiful 1920's theatre. There are many scenic hiking trails to use nearby and it is only a 20 minute drive to and from the PDX airport.

Incredible River House in the Columbia River Gorge

Welcome to the "Parker Tract" river house, a modern retreat in the Columbia Gorge along the Washougal River with 200 feet of private riverfront and an incredible swimming and fishing hole. The house sits on just under two acres with beautiful forest, a huge lawn and fire pit, swing set, hot tub, 10-hole frisbee golf course, and all the privacy you could ask for only 45 minutes from Portland. The house is 2 BR, 2 BA. It is a perfect venue for a quiet weekend in a beautiful location.

It is close to public transport (near a MAX light rail station), the airport and outdoor activities (the Columbia Gorge; Mt Hood) and is a 20-30 min drive to downtown. It's cozy (eclectic vintage style), a wooded 1-acre setting within the city limits, and has secure premises (electric gate). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Our home is light, cheerful, and nearly 2000 sq. ft. The large deck is perfect for barbecues and is nested in trees. The gas fireplace and TV in the family room make it cozy. The full kitchen boasts an island bar and a small kitchen table. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a queen bed and spacious bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms each contain an antique double bed with a full bathroom in between. A comfortable queen hideabed is downstairs, as well as a half-bathroom.
