Room comes with all amenities such as internet, cable, parking and 5 min walking distance to transit/skytrain. We are 20 mins from downtown Vancouver on skytrain and 2 stops away from Surrey central mall.
Room includes king size bed, mini sofas, 50 inch TV. Private washroom and a huge balcony over looking a nice view.
2 single mattresses can be provided for 3rd and 4th person.
Kitchen Laundry and gym not available due to covid-19 concerns.

Beautiful private room with ensuite bathroom . Situated in a very quiet, safe neighbourhood in Surrey. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and bus access. Wifi and utilities included. Parking on the street.
You must climb stairs to get to the room on the 2nd floor. The pictures reflect condition.
The house is located in Surrey. Travel to downtown can be an hour or more. Not ideal if you have to go to school in downtown. There is a shared kitchen. Meals are not provided.
