Paradise near the city! Absolutely stunning, peaceful and centrally located modern lake front suite. Only steps to the lake where you can enjoy paddle boarding, swimming and incredible fishing. Located just minutes to all amenities, golf courses and 15 minutes to downtown Victoria. The suite has two bedrooms each with king size beds, one bathroom, media room/office space, full kitchen and full laundry. There is a large outdoor covered patio space with outdoor dining, lounging and BBQ.

Welcome to Barb's By the Lake. Large, bright self contained one bedroom lower suite. Private patio door entrance. Rustic, quiet location. Across the street from pristine Florence Lake. Two minute drive to Costco. Loads of shopping, restaurants, recreational facilities, walking trails and 5 minutes to the highway so it's quick to head downtown or up island. I put a lot of love into making my suite comfortable and cozy including hand painted furniture and bathroom floor. Really comfy bed too.

On the peir you will find boat builders and canvas makers and the largest paddle sport operation on the island. Brentwood spa is a 4 minute walk down the path , seahorse cafe is next door and butchart gardens is in the same bay. All who come to Brentwood bay love the little island feel at portside marina .
