This 700 sqft private house is in an ancient oak forest in Topanga Canyon near Topanga State Park, the village and the beach! It’s a charming 1 bedroom 1 bath with a cozy living/dining space, modern kitchen and a deck. There’s a well stocked kitchen and orchard. Please note there are two sets of stairs up to the Retreat so being able to climb stairs is necessary. Please see photos.

The Cottage is a totally private, free standing residence. The Valley is 10 minutes away. We are pet friendly and accept most dog breeds. The Cottage has a fully functional kitchen, great WIFI, its own washer and drier and private parking.

Topanga Sanctuary in the Oaks

Our studio under the Oaks is like a tree house with a large deck area for you to unwind, explore and enjoy! The home is on a very quiet street that dead ends into the state park. Most of the traffic is neighbors walking dogs :-) The studio is attached to the main house but is completely separate, there is no access to the main house.
