Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

Our tranquil rustic home on an acreage is only a 3 minute drive to the ferry and shops in the cove or Uptown Bowen but feels miles away. The top floor 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room with decks overlooking the lawn and meadow is yours to enjoy. This is stated in the house rules but we do not accept children under 12 or pets. We welcome everyone to our place.
