Welcome to a piece of the Comox Valley history. Our character family home was an original farmhouse built in 1910. Settled between farmlands and the ocean, take your pick for scenery. Mountain & glacier views, walk across the street and you can be in the water with your kayak or paddleboard in minutes. Listen to the birds and wildlife on the back patio overlooking a preserved farm acreage. When not using the home for our family, we love to share it with others to experience a place to gather.

The Garden House

Our get-a-way is an oasis on a beautiful island, at the end of the road. We are very close to Fillongly Park with its beaches, views of nearby Hornby Island, and old growth trails along the creek. Our garden house is tucked behind the main house. It's surrounded by abundant landscape, woodland, a seasonal stream, and our horse pasture. The house and it's surroundings are private and peaceful. You may see the horses, a peacock, tree frogs and deer, but you won't see any traffic or crowds.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Private & fully equipped 1 bedroom suite. Private entrance and patio with fenced backyard (open staircase entrance) green space. 5 minute walk to North island college, Hospital, Aquatic centre and more. 28km to Mt. Washington alpine ski resort. Cumberland mountain biking, Downtown Comox, walking trails, beaches and many amenities. Extremely safe and quiet neighbourhood. Suited best for two people but offers a Haida bed for 2 additional guests.

Downtime Dodge Vacation Rental

Get a little downtime in our newly renovated space located beside the best mountain bike trails in the area. Full kitchen, bike wash, in-suite bike/ski storage, and outdoor sitting area included. Blocks from the main street and access to trails. You can ride right from your door! Downtime Dodge has all you need to rest and relax after a day on the trails in the summer, slopes in the winter, or seeing the sites of the beautiful Comox Valley. Come and enjoy all that Cumberland has to offer!

Peaceful Parkside Cottage

Book with confidence and come relax with friends or the whole family at Peaceful Parkside Cottage. We do not fall under BC's new policies as the cottage is on our primary property. The cottage is steps away from a trailhead right into Seal Bay Nature Park, yet only 12 minutes from downtown Comox and downtown Courtenay. The property is a great hub from which to enjoy local restaurants, wineries, sandy beaches, parks, hiking, mountain biking trails, golf and Mount Washington Skiing Resort.

Escape to this peaceful oasis situated in the beautiful Comox Valley. This newly built 3 bedroom home is the best of both worlds with its modern living space and secluded/rural location. Sip your morning coffee enjoying beautiful views of the acreage, pond and the group of deer that frequently pass through the fields. A perfect place to bring the entire family, including your pet as this home is pet friendly. There is the main house nearby on the property as this is a shared property.

Urban Westcoast Retreat in Courtenay, BC

Stay close to everything in this bright and modern, newly renovated 2-bedroom home. Just minutes from downtown, Mt. Washington, Comox Lake, and beaches, you will have easy access to hiking, mountain biking and watersports. This is a pet-friendly home featuring a fully fenced backyard, I will send an extra invoice for $30 per night per pet. If you are here on business, take advantage of our office nook and wifi. Hot tub is available upon request for extra charge. We hope to see you soon!
