Our 1 bed suite above the garage is your perfect escape centrally located. Walking distance to Victoria General Hospital, a block away from the Galloping Goose trail and a 10-15 min drive to Victoria the Westshore, beaches, and golfing. Stairway access to the suite above the garage in a family home. There is a balcony to relax, overlooking back gardens. It has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and a dishwasher. A pack and play is included for infant needs. One reserved parking spot.

The Sea Nest - A welcoming oasis for all is located within Colwood, part of Greater Victoria. (Provincial Registration # H420984100. Municipal Licence # 5533.) A beautiful studio and patio with its own private entrance. It is 15 to 20 minutes from Victoria and is on a bus route. Walk 1/2 a block to a 3 Km beach, look across at Victoria and the Olympic Mountains and you may see otters and whales. Across Esquimalt Lagoon, a bird sanctuary, is Dunsmuir castle, part of Royal Roads University.

Nearby, you’ll find charming farms and restaurants. The closest bus stop is 2 km away. Your suite includes a fridge, microwave, Keurig, and kettle for basic meal prep. The care takers pier house is the most unique way to embrace Brentwood Bay . Being the oldest private marina in BC you will sense its rich history on the walls of the house. On the peir you will find boat builders and canvas makers and the largest paddle sport operation on the island.
