Built in 2022, this barn style home offers unique features such as sauna room, deck, large chef's kitchen, generous bathroom, wood burning fireplace. Located 20 minutes from town and 30 minutes to the golf course. 10 minutes to nearest lake, with approximately 100 more within an hours drive. Bordering access to the KVR trail. Outdoor activities include quading, biking, fishing, hunting etc. Leave the city behind and come enjoy the country outdoor experience where the night sky comes alive.

Secluded lake front cabin

Lakefront cabin at a quiet fishing lake (10HP boat limit) Almost 1000' lake frontage on a 10 acre property. This is a modern cabin/house. Landscaping is difficult in this area, but there is a nice patio and amazing views! You can walk around the lake which is about 5km, or one hour. This is a quiet area. There is a campsite on the other side of the lake, and approximately 20 other cabins around the lake. On summer days you will see people float around the lake on docks and small boats.

Includes a hangout area with a fire pit, patio table and chairs, solar lights, and an outdoor cooking area. There are lights and a charging station in the dome. **This is a rustic off-grid glamping experience. It has an outhouse, outdoor heated shower, and no cell or wifi service.
