Beautiful fully contained legal garden suite located on outskirts of Langford. Parking available in our driveway, steps away from private entrance with keypad entry. Includes Netflix, WIFI, in-suite laundry and a fully stocked kitchen. If you love nature while having all the luxuries of shopping & amenities, this is the place for you. Dogs are OK -$20 charge per dog & per night, sorry no other animals allowed. It is a family house & we do live above, you might hear toddler footsteps (2&4 yrs)

The suite offers a comfortable double bed and is perfect for singles or couples. It's conveniently located near Olympic View Golf Course (2-minute drive), Bear Mountain Golf Course (15-minute drive) and downtown (20-minute drive). Living/Dining combo with kitchen corner featuring a fridge, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster and a water cooler. Relax on the big, comfy couch and love seat with large 55” tv. The bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed and work desk. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. Towels, soap and shampoo are supplied. You are welcome to share our little backyard oasis and gas fire pit.

The Hilltop Hideaway was lovingly built in 2023 by newlywed hosts, Jake & Fran. With an emphasis on quality finishes & modern details, the space radiates a luxurious yet charming feel. With 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms & an open living space, this is the perfect place to relax & connect with travel partners! J&F placed a big emphasis on outdoor entertaining with a massive covered deck, the picnic table patio, & access to a cedar barrel sauna! Whether coming from close or far, you deserve it!

Our quiet family neighbourhood is only 15.8 km (10 miles) or 25 minutes to the bustling downtown.

The exclusive self contained 1100 sq ft legal suite in a newer home on the ground floor with separate entrance with keyless entry and surrounded by landscaped gardens. Your suite is fully equipped with six appliances including Fridge, Stove, Microwave, Washer, Dryer and Dishwasher and is within minutes to forested trails, views, lakes, shopping malls, grocery store, pubs, restaurants. It is 20 minutes from downtown Victoria.
