The Annex, Berwick, East Sussex
Light and spacious self-contained Annex, separate from the main house with it's own private entrance. Being within two miles of the South Downs National Park and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, we are surrounded by idyllic countryside, lovely villages and pubs, and only 6 miles from the sea. The Space: Our Annex is comprised of a spacious double bedroom, with king-sized bed and luxurious bedding, a large lounge, a shower room, and a kitchenette, equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, tea & coffee making facilities, washing machine and dryer. Breakfast included. We have two friendly dogs, who have access to our garden and house, but not The Annex. Guest Access: Private entrance. Disabled accessible throughout, including shower. Ample parking. Access to the back garden and patio on request, due to our two friendly dogs. Interaction with Guests: We are a friendly couple, who love to make our visitors welcome, and will also respect your privacy, as you prefer. The Neighbourhood: We are in a rural village, with a small railway station, two pubs, a Post Office and garage. Perfect for walking, cycling and exploring the many local sights, Berwick village train station is only two minutes walk away, with easy access to Brighton, Eastbourne and Lewes. Ample on-site parking means you can leave your car in our drive whilst you explore by foot, bicycle, or train. Local sites include the historic village of Alfriston; Beachy Head, the Cuckmere Valley and the Seven Sisters; Charleston Farmhouse; Firle Place; and Glyndebourne, to name just a few!

The Cabin - a little ranch house. A peaceful haven
Located in the High Weald area of Kent which is an AONB, The Cabin at Valley View Farm is set in its own space amongst 16 acres of wood and grazing. It used to be an old hop pickers mobile home but has been lovingly restored to a modern, well presented “mini” haven. A fully self-contained cabin with open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, UK king size bed in bedroom and a shower room and toilet. Ideal for a couple or two singles as a Z-bed can be provided. Situated in a secluded part of our 16th century farm, this detached, south facing cart barn has been converted to a very high standard. In an ideal location overlooking a large duck pond and with distant views to the South Downs. It is a great base for walking the Wealdway or cycling the Cuckoo Trail. Places to explore include Lewes and Eastbourne, 9 miles. Glyndebourne 6 miles. An excellent pub and restaurant is within a ten minute walk along country footpaths. The village shop 2 miles.

Adjoining historic Heathfield Park, surrounded by woodland & wildlife. This detached, self-contained Annex in the grounds of our home. The space has been transformed into a cosy woodland retreat flooded with natural light. It has a secure private entrance & ample off-street parking. The lounge has a wood burning stove stocked with logs from our garden. The accommodation is ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples, the bedroom has a kingsize bed and there's a kingsize sofa bed in the lounge.
