We back onto a nature park with a trail leading to the ocean a 15 minute stroll. Close to restaurants, shopping, groceries and pubs. Mt Washington is a 40 minute drive to endless hiking trails and biking as well as great skiing conditions in the winter months. My wife and I live upstairs and are available if needed. The cottage is steps away from a trailhead right into Seal Bay Nature Park, yet only 12 minutes from downtown Comox and downtown Courtenay. The property is a great hub from which to enjoy local restaurants, wineries, sandy beaches, parks, hiking, mountain biking trails, golf and Mount Washington Skiing Resort.
