Wyvern Apartment - Where your comfort matters

Wyvern Apartment is a newly converted studio apartment which is close to beautiful countryside and many great attractions. We have designed the apartment with our guests' comfort in mind and it has been ideally equipped for both business and pleasure guests. There is free parking, a flat screen smart TV, free unlimited WI-FI along with lots of other little touches to help make your stay as welcoming and convenient as possible. The apartment boasts a well equipped kitchen and walk-in shower room.

High-spec apartment, river views

Beautifully appointed 2-bed apartment with gorgeous views down the river Yeo. Close to 24hr amenities and countryside walks. A mill has stood at this point on the river since doomsday, +1000 years. The apartment compromises the old mill with its thick walls and small windows with a modern addition which is a bright living space with a a private patio overlooking the river below. The apartment is a tranquil place with the gentle white noise of the river flowing down the old mill water race.

Round The Bend, an annexe in a quiet village.

Round The Bend which is maintained to a high level sits within the heart of the very quiet village Odcombe. The Masons Arms pub is just a short walk away, serving real ales and food. Brympton House which hosts many weddings and events is just over a mile away making us the perfect location. Also neighbouring Odcombe is the lovely village of Montacute which boasts the beautiful National Trust owned Montacute House. The King's Arms pub which is also in Montacute serves great food and real ale.

The Lodge at Willen Farm is a beautiful single level converted barn on the outskirts of the quiet village of Leigh, just 4 miles from the town of Sherborne in Dorset. The Lodge provides the perfect location for a relaxing escape to the rural countryside, yet just 40 minutes from the fabulous Jurassic coastline. Geoff's Meadow, with trees & wild flowers is a quiet spot for reading on summer afternoons. You can take many walks in the area. There are at least 5 National Trust properties within 15 miles. Weymouth, West Bay, & Lyme Regis are all less than 30 miles. Court Cottage is ready to welcome you!

Little Boots - Outstanding cottage near Sherborne

Little Boots is a two-bedroom stone cottage with rural views from 2 aspects. Close to the village green and the Royal Oak pub in the village of Stoford on the Somerset/Dorset border. A perfect getaway and great location from which to explore the south-west. Ideal for couples, single explorers, families and businessmen/women alike. RAIL LINKS: London Waterloo/Exeter Line - comfortable 10 minute stroll through the village to Yeovil Junction. ROAD LINKS: Close to Yeovil and just off A37.

A converted stable on a peaceful farm surrounded by acres of countryside but within striking distance of Sherborne and good National Trust gardens. The Tallet is opposite the old farmhouse and next to a magnificent Somerset cider barn. The private terrace has a covered eating area and open lounging space enclosed by walls and clipped box hedging. The underfloor heating and electric log burner add warmth to the sitting room and the spacious open plan kitchen makes for a sociable space.

Cottage in the heart of Montacute

A cosy cottage in the heart of Montacute just a couple of minutes walk from the National Trust property, Montacute House. The cottage has recently been renovated with a new kitchen and various decorative updates. Montacute is a small village and civil parish in Somerset, England, 4 miles (6.4 km) west of Yeovil. The village is built almost entirely of the local hamstone. At the centre of the village is a large square known as the 'Borough' around which are grouped picturesque cottages

Little Gem Cottage is situated in the pretty village of West Coker just a ten minute drive from the A303. The village has a grocery shop, butcher, restaurant, pub, children’s playground and lots of walking all close by. The cottage is the perfect retreat and base to visit all Somerset and Dorset has to offer. There are two double bedrooms offering accommodation for upto 4 guests. The cottage garden is the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine by the fire pit.
