The Cave Courtyard Guest Studio. A relaxing getaway located on the ground floor of an 1848 historic building just 1 block from the Mississippi River and unique shops and eateries. Sleeps 4 with a queen bed and daybed with pull out trundle, private entrance, private bath with shower, kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge, internet, cable tv and air-conditioning. There is also a private courtyard located below unique cliff side caves. Some food items are also supplied. Adults only-no pets.

The Palms Room is one of two rental units available at The Mink Building in Iola, WI. The Palms Room is designed to provide a restful retreat with little luxuries like cotton linens and live organic plants. The room includes a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator and coffee bar. The building amenities available to guests include: a full-size kitchen, racquetball court/yoga studio, sound bath, laundry, and lounge. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops and a wellness studio across the street.

Deposit yourself! Bank built in 1901, just 10 minutes on blacktop from Toppling Goliath Brewery. Located in Frankville Iowa and just a few miles up the hill from the Yellow River. Queen bed in one bedroom, single bed in another, and then a futon. Full kitchen stocked with pancake mix, sausages, and everything you need for them. City Park is four blocks away or Nintendo 64 and board games for rainy days. Also feel free to play whatever music you find, just return it. Large backyard and hammock.

Quiet / peaceful / positive vibes place perfect for a couple but can do one more (twin-size floor mattress / PacknPlay). *NOTE: Must pre-approve pets with initial booking & only booked guests allowed - this is how we feel most safe hosting in our home. No smokers (of any kind) here. Strict quiet hours. My wife Marla and I are so happy to share our sweet sunny lower-level space with you - she built it herself!
