The Coach House is a converted coach house and stables. Downstairs, it has a 42 square metre open-plan living space, with a well-equipped kitchen, dining and living area. There is even a small pool table. Upstairs, bedroom 1 has a double bed and views of Severn Estuary towards Wales. Bedroom two also has a double bed doubling as an office with a large oak table. The bathroom has a shower and bath. The walls are decorated with our art work including many of local places you may like to visit.

The Annexe is connected to the main house, so respectful guests are welcomed :) Backwell is a great village on the outskirts of Bristol, with pubs/restaurants all in easy walking distance.

This private cottage is in the heart of Clevedon with easy access to the Clevedon beach front from great coastal walks and to visit our Grade 1* pier. There are also some lovely local restaurants to choose from if you do not want to cook. Great for couples, business travellers and families (with kids who like sofa beds). There is a nice TV, WiFi and we are about to install a wood burner to compliment the air conditioning system for the cottage venting in the bedroom and living space.

We offer a large, modern suite/annex with a private entrance and terrace, situated in the quiet, high class residential area of Upper Clevedon. There is a fantastic 180* view of the Mendips and Bristol Channel, with Wales and even Devon visible on a clear day. It is a fantastic, light, and relaxing space with 3-meter bifold doors with integrated blinds that fully open out onto a shared courtyard with our house. There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.

“The Hayloft" is our recently renovated studio here at "Woodpeckers", attached to our family home, but completely separate with own entrance, kitchen & bathroom. At the end of a long private drive with off-street parking & next to woods, the only noise you'll hear is the birds in the morning! Listing is for 3 people but we only accept 2 adults maximum plus 1 (or 2) young children.
