Valley Schoolhouse & Studio , Värmland, Ölsdalen

A unique chance to live in a beautiful Schoolhouse from the 1880s, located in Värmland. The house is located on a farm and we live next to the Schoolhouse but with a distance that makes it feel private for both. The Schoolhouse has its own private garden and a big porch with a lake view. We arrange different packages of hiking, that includes breakfast, lunch or dinner in an outside setting. Please let us know in advance if you would like to experience the forest in a unique and exclusive way.

Varmt välkomna till denna fantastiska villa med högt och unikt läge med en magisk utsikt över Hakefjorden och Tjörnbron! Den stora tomten bjuder en vidsträckt vy över land, hav och öar. Denna väl omhändertagna och moderna villa ligger i ett mycket lugnt och trivsamt läge i omtyckta Röreviken. Badrocksavstånd till nyrenoverad bastu och till salta bad vid bryggan en liten bit nedanför huset. Röreviken är ett barnvänligt och populärt område med närhet till Stenungsund, bara 5 min från huset.

Koppla av i detta unika och familjevänliga boende med egen bastuflotte, badtunna och natursköna omgivningar. 20 minuter från Landvetter Flygplats 45 min till Göteborg, 25 min till Borås och 45 min till Alingsås erbjuder många utflykter. Njut av skogens skafferi i fina om bär- och svampskogar. Fiska i sjön med den lilla ekan eller meta direkt från bryggan. Hälsa på kossorna, hästarna och fåren i de kringliggande hagarna. Ta en löptur eller promenad via någon av de markerade lederna.

Rymlig villa med inhägnad trädgård vackert belägen vid Sävsjön. Naturskönt läge med möjlighet till bad, fiske och friluftsliv. Boendet är på ca 130 kvm med 3 rum, toalett med badkar och dusch samt kök med matplats i öppen planlösning. Golvvärme i delar av huset och en mysig braskamin i anslutning till köket. Tvättstuga med tvättmaskin. Mysig glasveranda och flera altaner med avskilt läge eller sjöutsikt. En äldre roddbåt finns tillgänglig om man vill ta sig en tur på sjön.

Uppe i hagen med utsikt över Näs Herrgård och Nässjön ligger Villa Näs. Ett modernt boende i en lantlig och naturskön miljö. Huset som ligger avskilt har en stor och härlig trädgård med sol hela dagen. I hagarna omkring huset går betande djur på sommaren. Några stenkast iväg ligger Nässjön som erbjuder fantastiskt bad. Alla våra gäster har tillgång till grill, Stand-up paddle boards och cyklar! På vintern bor man 5 minuter bilfärd från alpincentrum med totalt 7 pister!

Herrgården - Torsberg Gård

Herrgårdsboende med plats för 12 gäster och middagar för 16. Vacker herrgård med utsikt över landskapet. Boendet passar utmärkt för er som söker en kombination av ett elegant och tidsenligt boende. Huset har fem sovrum med totalt tolv bäddar, fyra badrum och ett fullt utrustat kök. Här finns en stor matsal samt två salonger med kakelugnar. I närheten finns golfbanor, vandringsleder, paddling och badplatser. Bil krävs för att ta sig till och från boendet.

Wonderful pool in the newly renovated room (80 m2) with a sauna and shower. Lovely balcony with a magic sea view over the horizon. Both bathrooms are newly renovated . Perfect house for two families, lovely nature experience. Housekeeping, sheets and towels are included as a service.

Charmig Swedish house with large garden

You’re warmly welcome to the former Jonsered Farm Shop, just minutes from the city center. Now a cozy and charming home for 1–6 guests (up to 8-10 possible), with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (2017), two spacious lofts (2024), and a small ground-floor bedroom (2025) – great for kids or anyone avoiding stairs. The lush garden offers lovely social areas, perfect for BBQs and relaxing outdoors.

Skagern Lake House

A lake house above average, the house was built in 2020. The house is located in a small neighbourhood area, there is also a newly built loft in a building next to the lake house which will be available to rent as well. The loft has space for 2 people, with access to a double bed, without toilet and water. This will accessible in the original lake house. We do not accept animals in the house.
