Unique container home duplex hosted by SUPERHOST. Constructed in 2019, it features 11 shipping container boxes - nine 8x20 foot boxes and 2 8x40 foot boxes. We believe it may be the first shipping container double east of the Mississippi River and perhaps unique to the U.S. at the time. The container home is near historic downtown, Marysville Hospital, Muirfield, Mad River SKI, Nestle's, Scotts and Honda of America locations. Tiny House Refuge

The Tiny House Refuge is great for a weekend get away or a few days just to experience first hand, Tiny House living. The house is located at the top of Mad River Ski resort and is a short walk to the top of the ski lift. Bedding and linens are only provided for two guests. Enjoy a day of skiing or exploring Ohio Caverns and come home to make a meal in the a kitchen equipped with utensils, toaster oven, fridge, hot plate, pots, pans, and a microwave. Enjoy an evening campfire as well!

Ideal for single travelers or couples, this space offers a queen size bed with attached full bathroom. The room is connected to our primary residence through a breezeway. Your entrance is private and you can come and go as you please. Located minutes from I-75, Hobart Arena, Arbogast Performing Arts Center, and downtown Troy.

Welcome to the Blackbird on the Mad River! Step into this cozy 1800s era log cabin tucked away on the edge of town overlooking Mad River. Enjoy Fly fishing or throw in the Canoe or Kayak right from the property. Grab the snowboard and skis and head to Mad River Mountain Ski Resort 15 mins away. This guest home is completely private from the main residence and is the perfect ambience for peace and quiet. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
