Our lovely house is available for you during our holidays! It is build in the 30's and has many original details and a large garden where you can enjoy the sun. Perfect for a family holiday. HIGHLIGHTS: - Large sunny garden - Airconditioning - Free WIFI - Stylish decorated - 3 floors Within 44 min. to Amsterdam Central Station with public transport and 30 min by car (P&R RAI Amsterdam). Please note: we have a lovely cat who walks in and out the house and needs a bit of food every day.

Beautiful spacious home in a quiet street, about 10 minutes walk from downtown and Utrecht Central Station. Nice open kitchen, lovely sitting room with wood stove, beautiful OLED home cinema and PlayStation. And that lovely garden, with access to a enclosed square (very safe for small children). Stay in the best area of Utrecht, with several bars and restaurants within walking distance (two just on the corner!). Amsterdam is easily accessible by train (25 minutes) or car (30 minutes).

Onze centraal gelegen knusse woning met tuin is smaakvol ingericht. Er is alles wat er nodig voor een heerlijk verblijf in Utrecht. De compacte keuken is compleet met een koffiemachine, vaatwasser en Boretti fornuis. Je bent lopend in 10 minuten in het centrum (Tivoli). Het huis staat in een rustige wijk en heeft een heerlijke zonnige tuin op het zuid-oosten. Je kunt lekker slapen op een geweldig bed in een stille slaapkamer. De badkamer is eenvoudig en schoon. Parkeren kan voor de deur.

Bed By The Canal Utrecht

Onze accommodatie ligt in de historische binnenstad van Utrecht. De ruimte is vlakbij alle mooie musea, goede restaurants en cafés. U zult genieten van mijn plek omdat het een accommodatie in een eeuwenoude werfkelder is, met alles erop en eraan. De kelder is begin 2019 volledig gerenoveerd en voorzien van een nieuwe moderne keuken met benodigde apparatuur. Mijn ruimte is geschikt voor dagjesmensen, stellen, solo-avonturiers en zakelijke reizigers. De accommodatie heeft een eigen ingang.

Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

In deze centraal gelegen accommodatie ligt alles voor je gezin binnen handbereik. Dicht bij het centrum van Utrecht en toch rustig gelegen. Treinstation en bushalte om de hoek. Het huis heeft een woonkamer/keuken en de bijkeuken heeft wasmachine, droger en vriezer. In de hal is de wc gesitueerd. Boven zijn de badkamer met douche en wc plus drie slaapkamers. 2 met een 1 persoonsbed en op zolder een slaapkamer met 2 persoonsbed. Het huis is inclusief Kees de kat 😊 de allemansvriend

This studio apartement is situated in a 17th Century Canal house, on the Prinsengracht (one of the 3 major canals), right in the center of Amsterdam, within the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE AREA. The Studio has its own private entrance along the canal, with canal view and a well equipped private kitchen, a large table and modern private bathroom. During the day you can sit outside on the bench in front of the apartment on the sunny side of the canal, nice to see people passing by.

Authentieke, comfortabele arbeiderswoning (1910) met heerlijke tuin. Een rustig plekje in een dorps stukje Utrecht en toch dichtbij winkels, stations en het centrum, met allerlei leuke koffie- en eettentjes ‘om de hoek’. Er zijn 3-4 slaapplekken: de 'master bedroom' (bed 140x200) en de slaapbank in de woonkamer (120x200), allemaal zonder ochtendzon. Verder kun je evt. je eigen kinderbedje in de kamer van één van mijn dochters neerzetten.
