Our home is located in Central Tacoma. It is fully furnished with 2 beds, a living room with a small dining table, fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom & outdoor firepit area with a grill. This is the bottom level of a home that has been turned into a duplex. We rent out both spaces on Airbnb and the backyard is a shared space between both rentals! We use surveillance cameras around the exterior of the home for security. There are no cameras in the home as that would violate Airbnb’s policy.

A relaxing ferry trip from West Seattle or Fast Ferry from downtown Seattle brings you to your own private walk in cottage, right on the edge of the water. Watch the ferries go by and relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Olympic mountains, kayaking, BBQing, a forest hiking trail with sea and mount Rainier views, beach walks, and downtown Vashon (less than 10 mins away!). The duplex has been recently updated with all new furniture, appliances, and interior finishes. Decor was chosen with an eye towards vintage nostalgia. Our favorite item is the 1950s jukebox loaded with old classics. It's relaxing to watch the old mechanism hum to life and crank out hit after hit like we just elected Eisenhower. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment is reasonably spacious for a one-bedroom. You should have everything you need for a short or long-term stay!
