I am an Artist / Photographer born in Kyoto I started hosting because I love meeting people from all over the world and making new friends. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts. Private cypress bath and renovated rooms and made another entrance for the Guests. So now it is 2 separate house Please check the house rules before you book.

《May 2019 TV can be watched.》 It is located 15 minutes on foot from Kyoto station. It will be lent to a Kyoto townhouse style building. I put the finest furniture and the finest bed. You can also use wifi. The bath is about the size of two adults and uses Japanese cypress. It will be a very beautiful room just opened in January. Please try and stay at once. The location of the hotel is in a place where you can walk to downtown area of Kyoto and famous temples. It is a very convenient place.

It is located in the traditional Kamigyo Ward, minutes walk from the Imperial Palace. We collaborated with award winning architects at Ikken to renovate this space, which now accommodates the comforts of modern life, while retaining many of the original structure and elements from its past.

Gallery of the Youth: Contemporary art house

Gallery of the Youth is an accommodation with contemporary art gallery. This building called "Kyo-machiya" which is traditional house style in Kyoto was built about 100 years ago. New exhibition is held exhibition twice a year. You can see and purchase art works. This house stands in Nishijin area. You can visit famous sights shown below. Kitanotenmangu(7minutes on foot) Kinkakuji Temple(10minutes on foot) Nijojo castle(15minutes by taxi) Arashiyama(15minutes by taxi)

Kyoto Machiya Arashiyama "Hanare" araka-tanaka

Kyoto Arashiyama "Hanare" araka-tanaka was registered as "Kyoto Important Landscape Architectural Monuments". It is a traditional Japanese 'Kyo-Machiya' located in scenic Arashiyama, on the west side of Kyoto. The train station (JR Saga Arashiyama Sta. 5min walk away) is from there it's 12-17 minutes to JR Kyoto Station. Arashiyama is with its beautiful scenery, the Hozu and Ooi Rivers with its romantic 'Moon-Crossing Bridge Togetsukyo,' the bamboo grove, etc...
