Quiet East Muskegon home in the woods

This is our personal home that we don't live in from spring - fall. Its a quiet area in the woods on a little creek. Perfect for bonfires or just a place to rest. Sitting back about a half mile off the road about the only noise you'll hear at night is maybe the wolves howling at the near by wolf sanctuary. We are only a 15 minute drive to anywhere in Muskegon. We can set up a private boat tour for up to 8 of Muskegon Lake and Lake Michigan for $100/2 hrs. Note: There is no full kitchen.

For anglers, boaters, and beach lovers, hunters, color tourists, trail runners, seekers of and adventure, culture, arts and entertainment, this place is a gem.

Forest Avenue Bungalow

Our charming bungalow is located walking distance from downtown Muskegon and Muskegon Lake. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood setting while being close to all of the action that downtown has to offer. Breweries, restaurants, shopping, and the farmers market all await. If downtown isn’t your scene, the bungalow is a quick drive to Pere Marquette beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. Large, uncrowded stretches of sandy beach are the perfect place for a relaxing day in the sun.

Green Acres: Your Home Among the Trees

Steeped in nature, the gazebo provides a get away into nature, with its double bed and intimate sized room this is a wonderful space for 2 to be immersed in a peaceful environment. Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).

Off season furnished monthly rental available ! Two upstairs bedrooms sleep 4-6 Home has 370 feet Lake Michigan frontage protected by our scenic dune! Aluminum stairway - 90 steps- with double handrails for easy access to the beach! Visit nearby Montague - Book Nook, Breweries, Shopping. Picturesque and cozy cabin on Ryerson Lake channel

Relax listening to the water flow over the dam or bring your fishing poles and fish right off the deck and at the dam, next to the cabin! Bring your kayaks and venture down the channel to the lake. Sip coffee in the morning right on the deck and enjoy the private view. The cabin has a queen bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. This cabin is great for a family with two children, or a couple looking for a quiet get away!
