Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

Perfectly located for walking, admiring stunning coastlines and fantastic food, the lodge is close to the pretty village of Portscatho and 15 miles from Truro. Guests have free access to the beautiful pool, small gym, sauna and jacuzzi onsite. Just 15 mins walk to a beautiful, dog-friendly beach too! We now have a a smart PAYG EV charging point too!

Fast broadband, 43in smart TV (Netflix, Prime etc). EV charger and hot tub, both charged separately - pls request in advance. Hot tub: £15 first night, £5 each subsequent night.

Take breathtaking coastal walks to beautiful local sandy beaches; Porthbean, Carne and Porthcurnick and the Hidden Hut cafe. Pop into the farm shop on the way. Enjoy watersports on the river. Dine at the nearby renowned Driftwood restaurant or the Standard Inn.
