Welcome to Primrose Studio, a self-contained apartment on a quiet, private drive - just 2 mins walk to the centre of Totnes. Satnav won’t find us - our check in directions will ! Beautifully converted in 2021 - with slate/wooden floors with underfloor heating, wood-burning stove, bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower, and a separate fully-equipped galley-kitchen. Beautiful terraced house in the heart of quirky Totnes. There is a wood burner in the living room and an aga in the kitchen. Makes for a toasty stay in winter. The house has no outdoor space but literally a two minute walk away is the beautiful Vire Island park which is surrounded by the River Dart. Perfect for lounging around on sunny days when you want to enjoy the buzz and atmosphere of Totnes. My brother and his wife live in the Annexe at the back of the property, in the back yard.
