Driftwood Cottage, Gower. A perfect beach getaway

Driftwood cottage is a compact and beautiful detached 18th century stone cottage, set in it's own small garden and based in the idyllic hamlet of Cwm Ivy in North Gower. A magical walk from the property leads through the Whitford National Nature Reserve to both Whitford Sands and Broughton Bay (both are within half a mile). The Gower peninsular offers an array of beautiful coastal walks, open grasslands, woodland and marsh walks. It also boasts some of the most spectacular beaches in the UK.

New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

We are ideally situated to visit the Pembs countryside, costal paths, and many local beaches such as Tenby, Barafundle, Saunderfoot, StDavids, Poppit Sands as well as other attractions like Pembroke Castle, Folly Farm, Oakwood & Bluestone theme parks. This beautifully presented and fully refurbished holiday cottage was originally built in 1892 and is situated on the edge of a quiet wooded area above Underhill park. It is a 5 minute walk from the beaches of Rotherslade and Langland and a 10 minute walk to Oystermouth castle and the village of mumbles. It has private parking for 2 vehicles in a double car port. Parking is also available at the roadside above the cottage. Nearby activities: watersports, surfing, fishing, golf, walking.

The 150 year old cottage is up a quiet lane above the town of Burry Port. Guests love the view across the bay to the Gower and the peaceful country setting - with mature private garden, terrace & BBQ. There is wi-fi, Sky TV and a cosy dining room with a log burner for the colder days (logs provided). It’s close to the beach at Pembrey & the attractions of the Carmarthenshire countryside. The cottage is welcoming for couples, friends, solo adventurers, business travellers, & families.

New barn conversion, in a quiet location only 10 minutes away from the Gower coast and a choice of at least 5 beaches. Dog friendly max 2. Character barn with slate floors and oak beams. 3 bedrooms 2 en-suite shower and a family bathroom. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge so the barn will sleep 8, a single guest bed can be added to the twin/ or a travel cot. Lounge, kitchen & dining area are open plan providing one large family space. Small private garden with table &chairs.
