Our home is in the area of SUNNYSIDE! you can walk(15 min)to the lake, beach, market, kids park, pickle ball and 5 restaurants from the house. A 40 mile bike path from the house. We have a indoor game room with table games, outside is corn hole and frisbee golf. Outside hot tub, dining, gas fire pit and BBQ. Backdoor hiking and TRT trail crosses our street. Palisades Tahoe and Alpine Meadows are a short 20 minute drive away for skiing and other outdoor activities.
