You will want a car so you can explore, the UW Campus, Allient Energy Center, WI State Capitol, Madison Farmers Market and much more. Relax, unwind, grill, play horse shoes or sit by the fire pit. Very safe and enjoyable neighborhood. Many good restaurants in the area and lots of things to do in the area Two bedrooms are upstairs with its' own bathroom. House is air conditioned and has a full and complete kitchen. The washer/dryer are located in the basement and guest have full access to it
