Head to the beach less than 4 miles away to lay out in the sun, walk the strand, grab a cup of coffee, or eat some yummy food. Only a 5 minute walk and you'll find yourself at Wilson Park with many fun activities including pickleball, batting cages, and a huge farmers market. 15min walk to Gracie jiu-jitsu University Torrance.

The condo is walking distance from the Long Beach Convention Center, Pine Avenue, The Pike, and multiple boutiques, restaurants, and bars.

Clean and cozy private bedroom+bath in a house with a separate entrance. Equipped with a full size bed, small desk, mini/dorm fridge, small microwave, electric kettle, toaster and silverware/plates/bowls/cups. The guest has their own private corner of the house - the entrance to the bedroom and bath is not shared and it's dedicated to the guest. No full kitchen, no additional appliances allowed. One guest only, no additional overnight guests.
