Welcome to my historic home in the heart of Saint Louis. This colonial style home was built in 1883 and has all the flair of modern living while maintaining it's colonial charm. This house is located just a hop skip and a jump away from all the hot spots in the city. Walk to Busch stadium, local night life, or great eats in 15 minutes or less. Living room has thick-cushioned leather futon for second bed, counter space with microwave/air fryer, paper products, and kuerig coffee maker, new 5’ fridge, 50” flat screen TV. Access to outdoor hot tub. Internet was weak so affected some reviews but is super fast now. Near Cedar Lake Winery, Big Joel’s Safari, Long Row Lavender Farm, and Pumpkins Galore
