It's a short walk to Crantock beach with Polly Joke beach not far, so great for walking, swimming, surfing, fishing, kayaking or just lying on the beach. There are three pubs with good food a great Italian restaurant and a well stocked shop a short walk away. You'll also be well located here mid way on the coast for touring all of Cornwall.

Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Trevaunance cove is less than a miles walk. The house has everything you need for a cosy stay year round. Perfect for families, couples and solo travellers. The South West Coast path is on the doorstep and neighbouring beaches Porthtowan and Perranporth are only a 5 minute drive.
