Stay in the heart of Kendall Yards in this stylish studio loft above Uprise Brewery! Walk to restaurants, shops, and the Centennial Trail. This cozy, open-concept space features a queen Murphy bed, full bath with walk-in shower, organic bedding, free WiFi, premium coffee, and local artwork by Ben Joyce. Kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Note: This unit is located above a brewery, so minimal noise may be heard. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Weekend Getaway! Private Apartment

This large private apartment is less than a mile from downtown SPOKANE, The Spokane Arena, Thrift & antique stores, two blocks walk to Monroe Street, five blocks to Corbin park, Garland district, Northtown mall and many great bars and restaurants. In the spring and summer Lime scooters and bikes are usually parked a block or two from the house and they are fun to ride and explore Spokane in the summertime. We also have a crow with one bad foot we call Peg who lives in trees around the house.

You'll be within 20 minutes of area attractions like downtown, Spokane Falls, the Centennial Trail, and Green Bluff.

The Cliff/Cannon neighborhood streets are lined with well kept, classic older homes. You will be within walking distance to two different grocery stores, a few restaurants, and a small shopping plaza with a hardware store, laundry, and the best little local market, Huckleberry's which has a cafe, juice bar, and deli with dine in seating. City bus line near by!

Ten minutes from downtown. Private entrance and private patio. King size comfortable bed. Great shower. No smokers, no partying; we ask for very quiet after 10:30 (but late arrivals are fine!). Please do not come here for romantic rendezvouz. but we're happy if you have sex that's not too noisy. :)
