Lägenheten ligger i sutterängsplan och är ca 36m2 med kök, sovrum, vardagsrum, badrum, tvättmaskin och uteplats med utsikt över Edsviken. Huset ligger cirka fem minuters promenad från Sollentuna Centrum där man tar sig in till centralen på under 15 minuter.
