El contraste y la armonía entre las intervenciones contemporáneas y los elementos conservados, brindan mágicos viajes en el tiempo. Vive desde dentro el legado de la ciudad con todas las comodidades modernas. La entrada en la cocina, nueva y moderna, abre luego al gran salón con dos grandes puertas ventanas al exterior, y luego al dormitorio con baño al interior, con ducha. El edificio es de dos plantas (con un apartamento en cada una), más la terraza comunitaria con unas maravillosas vistas a la iglesia del Salvador. El edificio y el apartamento han sido recientemente restaurados respetando los elementos originales. El apartamento se encuentra en un enclave único, dentro de la zona monumental y comercial del centro histórico de Sevilla. Literalmente junto a la Iglesia del Salvador y a pocos minutos del barrio de Santa Cruz, permite olvidarse del coche. Con la Catedral por un lado y el Mercado de la Plaza Encarnación (Metropol Parasol) al otro, es una zona que se caracteriza por conectar magistralmente antiguo y contemporáneo ofreciendo uno de los rincones más carismáticos de la ciudad. Ubicación excelente sin necesidad de desplazarse ni utilizar transporte publico o privado, estarás siempre cerca de todo. Desde el apartamento se puede llegar andando en pocos minutos en cualquier sitio del centro histórico o comercial, o incluso alquilar bicicletas. ¡Al centro de la oferta social y cultural de Sevilla! Maravilloso apartamento situado en el corazón del centro histórico de Sevilla, en un edificio encantador y atractivo. En un enclave único, en una calle perpendicular a la hermosa plaza del Salvador, a pocos pasos de la Catedral y de los lugares de mayor interés histórico y artístico. El apartamento se encuentra en la segunda planta, y tiene una la terraza de 40m2 compartida con los vecinos. El apartamento ha sido pensado y equipado para que puedas vivir en él como si fuera tu casa en Sevilla. Recibimos personalmente a los huéspedes. La casa estará a su disposición y todo listo para su estancia, las camas hechas y un juego de toallas por persona.

Bohemian Dreams at a Plant-filled Design Loft near the Beach
The loft was here before we moved in. It is one of the oldest buildings in Poblenou. The apartment was transformed into a big open space that includes a kitchen, a dining area, a sofa, a TV, an office space, and the bedroom. The place is in the ground floor, so it is accessible by disabled people and family with a child. We enjoy the afternoon sun and the mornings. We have sun shining into the entrance and the terrace. We've kept a lot of the industrial fittings in the space, and a lot of the furniture we've implemented follows this industrial design. One should not forget that it used to be an industrial space until earlier this year, and it's not a conventional apartment. It's one big open space, and the guest room is separated. Guests will have full access to the apartment. The accommodation includes a big open kitchen, dining area, sofa and TV area, bathroom, bedroom, terrace and plenty of space. We are usually available and love to interact with our guests. However, there are moments in which we are not available to our guests because we have our own plans. We also respect the fact that you may have plans, and don't have time to interact with us. However, we would like to enjoy a meal together at least, either a brunch or an evening snack. Our neighborhood is a vibrant, and up and coming area of Barcelona, it's a maximum 5 minutes walk to the beach, and the yellow Metro line crosses just straight outside the apartment. You need to remember the Selva de Mar stop. Around the block, there are some small restaurants and bars, there is a big supermarket called Mercadona for late night snack shopping (until 9:15 pm) or in Diagonal shopping center (until 10:00 pm). Or if you need to buy red wine for dinner. If you walk another two blocks to the South you'll find the Rambla del Poblenou, that is a pedestrian street and has numerous bars and restaurants of different quality. The Rambla Poblenou is straight all the way from Diagonal to the beach. If you like to eat tapas we can recommend you a restaurant that it is called La Tertulia in La Rambla del Poblenou or the another option is Bitacoras Restaurant near to the Rambla. If you like to eat Mexican food, “Los chilis” in La Rambla del Poblenou is a very good choice. But if you´re vegan or vegetarian, there is a vegan restaurant in front of the apartment, inside the Factory/Garden (Palo Alto) which opens Monday to Saturday. The last recommendation is “El Traspaso” which is in the corner and it is good option for the night:) You can end the night with a good cocktail and a Bloody Mary. The metro yellow line runs opposite to the beach, 5 minutes walk distance and the metro station you should look for is Selva de Mar. One thing to remember is that we are having our business registered in the space, we are freelancers, and work from home, but if someone asks, you are simply friends visiting us. Poblenou is a vibrant, up-and-coming area, with small cafes, art studios, and a pedestrian street with many restaurants and bars. The beach is just five minutes' walk away, and the yellow Metro line crosses right outside the apartment.

Vintage Concept Flat in Chic Neighbourhood
Newly renovated industrial vintage apartment ideally located in the Eixample Derecha district also known as the "Golden Triangle" of Barcelona, on a 5 min’ walking distance from Passeig de Gracia and Sagrada Famila with fancy bars, restaurants & shops. Decorated with original vintage furniture and pieces of art. The apartment has been recently renovated (April 2014) and we were keen in maintaining all the original details of 1930 like the high brick vaulted ceilings and typical Barcelona tile floors. We decorated it putting all our love and dedication into it. The apartment has original vintage furniture from all over Europe (mainly from the late fifties) and art pieces from local and international artists. The neighborhood has plenty of " chic" or more local restaurants, fancy bars and grocery stores. The location is a must as it is 5 min walk from the famous Gaudi House "La Pedrera (Casa Mila)" and Passeig the Gracia with all its luxury stores. The Sagrada Familia is 4 blocks away and can be easily reached by foot. The apartment has been used by several production houses to shoot commercials. The apartment has a touristic license which is mandatory in Catalonia (H UTB 008138). Hallway (5M2) A large living and dining room (35 M2); A large double bedroom (20 M2); One bathroom (13 M2). That is why we made a little guide with our favorite places to visit and to go out for dinner and drinks in order for you to experience Barcelona the way we do after having lived here for several years. The home is set in the Eixample Derecha, also known as the Golden Triangle of Barcelona, famous for its 19th century Modernist buildings. This cosy and relaxed neighbourhood is filled with covered markets, grocery shops, restaurants, and bars. The nearest Metro is Verdaguer (yellow line) at the end of the street (2 min walk) and brings you directly to all the interesting places e.g old town, beach ... The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the utensils you may need to cook. It has also a build in extra large washing machine. The apartment has a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee machine. Luxury linen and towels are provided including organic bathing products (i.e. moisturizing shampoo, moisturizing shower gel, body lotion, facial cleanser, and soap). Baby chairs and baby beds can be provided upon request. A cleaning and cooking service can be offered during your stay as well as a taxi service to and from the airport. Public parking is available in front of the apartment (outside) and free depending of the area and timing. Private parking (covered with guard and 24 accessible) is available at a special rate of 15 Euros a day.

The entrance is shared with a private apartment, but both are totally independent from each another. The views are breathtaking, La Concha beach is just in front of you, you can see Santa Clara Island, Urgull Mountain and Ulia Mountain. If you are a food lover, the best restaurants and tapas bars are 5-10 minutes on foot. La Perla Spa, one of the best spa centers in Europe, is just 5 min away, you can relax, exercise at the gym or have a massage there. The Suite is composed of a bedroom, a big living room and a bathroom fully equipped I will be next door and would be delighted to help you during your stay in San Sebastian! Facing the Ocean, the apartment is located in the very center of the city, and 7-10 minutes away from Old City where you can find the best pintxos bars and restaurants, shopping area and market. 10-15 minutes away from both the train and bus station. If you have a car to park, you can go to La Concha Parking, just down the street, the price is about 25€/day.
