Huset ligger i byn Svarte som har en populär badstrand med badbrygga och strandcafé. Från huset har du en panoramautsikt över havet som nås 100 meter nedanför tomten (en bilväg emellan). Trädgården inhägnad och ligger på hörntomt. Altan och fast grill för grillkol. Lekredskap i trädgården, lekstuga, sittgrupp för barn, sandlåda, skrinda, flera gungor och repstegar i träden, babygunga. Parkering med plats för flera bilar. Tåg till Ystad o Simrishamn eller Malmö/Köpenhamn endast 5 min promenad.

Welcome to our cottage in Orups/Gamlehus! Our half-timbered thatched cottage is part of the former stable of our 18th century renovated farmhouse in the small but charming village of Domsten on the Sound between Denmark and Sweden. The beach is a short 2 minutes walk away; the marina 5 minutes. Domsten is an excellent base from which to explore South-West Sweden and North East Denmark (a 20-minute ferry ride away). Excellent opportunities for cycling, hiking and other outdoor activities.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Med naturen som granne och sjön utanför dörren är det bara att slappna av. Njut av fiske, vandring, paddling, bad och allt annat naturen har att erbjuda. Stugan ligger helt själv på en udde. Det finns ett sovrum och en bäddsoffa . El finns och alla bekvämligheter som fullutrustat kök, kyl, frys , spis och tidsenlig inredning . Inget rinnande vatten utan vatten har man på dunk. Avlopp finns i köket. Det finns förbränningstoalett men ingen dusch.

Welcome to our cottage located in the middle of the forest in a beautiful nature reserve, approximately 18 km from the beach and 10 km from the village of Brösarp with shops and restaurants. There are beautiful walks that start right outside the house. Here you can really relax and enjoy the silence. Price per night is inclusive. There are no additional costs. Includes bed linen, towels and much more! Weekly rental midsummer - August. (Hosts live in a house next to the cottage).

The house is located right next to the forest. People who come here for the first time often say that the surroundings remind them of the tales of Astrid Lindgren. Just 2 km away you have access to a lake with sauna (shared with others) that you can use for free. On agreement you can charge your electric vehicle at our place (200 meters away) with type 2 , 11kW for 3sek/kW. Towels/linens are NOT included, but can be provided for 150 SEK/person. Cleaning can be added for 1500sek.

The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

Naturskönt område med skog och dalar mycket nära till många sevärdheter bla Yangtorp och skånes högsta vattenfall i ett strövområde som heter Forsakar. Ca 16 km till havet med långa stränder. Nära till Haväng,Brösarps Backar och Kiviks musteri på Österlen samt ett väldigt vackert naturkyddsområde med havet som möter klipporna.

The days can be filled with walks in the forest, socializing on the terrace, a good book in front of the fireplace and last but not least, end the relaxing day with a visit in the small sauna. The beautiful lake Svenstorpssjön is only a 15 minute walk from the cottage.
