Newly renovated cottage suite located in a 110 year old farmhouse in Salmon Arm BC in the heart of the Shuswap. The beach and lake are a 7 minute drive. Wineries, hiking, fishing, biking, walking! Amazing trails all over. Close to local Nordic Centre (Larch Hills) and snowmobiling areas. Room to park your toys. Pet friendly. Various streaming services included for TV. Comfy cabin surrounded by nature

A bachelor cabin with queen bed, shower, kitchen. There is a large deck with a bbq to relax on overlooking the pastures, mountains and our cows. Beside the cabin is a spot for an outdoor fire, weather permitting. We have many trails off the property including a waterfall. We are close to town, but a world away. If you enjoy nature you will love our property. Our hottub is at the house with scenic views of the lake and town. With mulitiple guests we have booking times for private use.

"A Suite Above" is a gateway to adventure suitable for all seasons. You can enjoy a view of Shuswap Lake on your private deck with the natural gas barbecue - you’ll never run out of gas! The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, glasses, mugs, coffee maker, kettle and other amenities that will allow you to have a meal on the deck or at the dining table in the suite. The suite is air conditioned and the living area has a cozy natural gas fireplace for those cooler days and nights.
