(30 min. drive) or 10 min. to Kingston ferries (walk-on or car). Near beach, golf (White Horse GC) & miles of hiking/biking trails, close to shopping & restaurants. Good for couples/singles. The cabin has been newly upgraded and will be your secluded retreat about 30 feet behind the main house with a separate entrance and covered parking space. Enjoy your retreat with a full kitchen, and countertop island. The cabin has one bedroom, one sofa bed and sleeps up to 3 people. Wake up with birding chirping, surround yourself with trees, and enjoy a freshly made cup of espresso. Located in a safe, quiet, and green neighborhood, but you are not far from the heart of Seattle.

The Phinn-alley Guesthouse is in the Whittier heights neighborhood, b/w Phinney Ridge and Ballard. It is a perfect accommodation for a comfortable modern PNW - neighborhood retreat. This wood filled guesthouse has a hand crafted modern feel. Newly built, with simple high quality finishes inside and out, it has a feel of understated elegance. The shared stone patio separates the guesthouse from our home and garden, and is a lovely spot for morning coffee or happy hour cocktails.

Fast wifi, kitchen, easy parking, heating & AC. Tuck into the cozy retreat, take a relaxing bath, or unwind by the patio fire while watching chickens in their run. Guests of all backgrounds are welcome. Please note the loft height is low and not ideal for those with limited mobility.
