I am an Artist / Photographer born in Kyoto I started hosting because I love meeting people from all over the world and making new friends. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts. RakuyaKarasumaGojo was built in 1907. It was renovated as a guest house with a wooden two-story gable roof, a frontage of 4.5m, and a depth of 7.2m. The floor plan is shown in the end of photos. You can enjoy whole facility for up to 5 people at the same price. You are also able to stay for consecutive nights. High speed Wifi available in all rooms. At the center of Kyoto city, you can visit anywhere easily.

Ieno House is one of the traditional machiyas (townhouses) in Kyoto, built more than 70 years ago. The architectural design was carried out by Shigenori Uoya at the Shigenori Uoya Architects and Associates in Kyoto, and a full renovation was carried out while inheriting the original elements of Kyoto-style machiya.
