Estate Cottage with beautiful surroundingsRectory Cottage is a beautiful Grade II Listed Victorian guest house part of a larger estate. The cottage and estate have been owned by my family for over twenty years now. We have recently completely renovated the cottage to its former glory to offer guests a short term 'staycation' when visitng the area. There is ample room for two parking spaces coupled with a private garden, ideal to enjoy a BBQ and a glass or two! We are also a short 5 minute journey from Chelmsford.
Home from homeMy home is situated in a quiet area with ample off road parking. I have a large garden which backs on to a park with plenty of wildlife. The room available is a good sized double which overlooks the garden and has all the amenities you would need for a restful stay. Whether this is for pleasure or business from one night to a few nights. If you don't drive it is on a bus route within a 10 min journey to the city centre.
Unique space under the stairs, 6ft 6" mattressThis Unique compact & cosy room. which can accommodate a person who is 6 foot 3" The main bathroom which is luxurious is just next door. There is no bed as such however the mattress is soft, comfortable & for most people the space does not feel too claustrophobic. There is NO window. draw space & mains for phone/ laptop charging Use of cooking & Laundry facilities is available at a cost - £2.50 p/d Free Wi-Fi Tea & coffee included. Self service breakfast available at £2.50 p/d
