The Alexander home is located in a quiet Saginaw City neighborhood close to hospitals, shopping and restaurants. It is only a short drive to Frankenmuth, Bay City, and Midland. This is a fully furnished open floor plan efficiency located on 40 acres of farmland. There is a generator to assure power in case of a power outage. It is equipped with HD premium Dish,Wi Fi, and a full kitchen with all appliances & housewares. A well provides the water, and is a very good quality. The hot water is on demand. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.

Whispering Pines Cottage is a cozy modern cottage in Bridgeport, 4 min from I75 exit 144, less than 15 min to downtown Frankenmuth. Lots of parking space available for trailers, boats, etc. Carport to park under. Not far from Starbucks, Cracker Barrel, and fast food. Super clean, all duvet covers and blankets washed after every guest. Phone/watch charging stations in the bedrooms. Coffee and coffee bread included with every stay. No pets please!

Great Location in the Bay City, West Side.

Our stairs leading up to the second story walk up are very steep. We are located in the city, so occasionally traffic sounds, as well as some - depending on the season - outside entertainment going on in the historic district. Our place is right above a bar/grill where the kitchen closes at 10 p.m. and the bar is usually closed at 11 p.m. unless there's a special event, etc requiring a little later close.
