You will have the entire basement-- two bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen area, & living room-- to yourself. We are in a wooded setting a couple of miles from town. You'll be able to enjoy your own patio entrance (pond view) with access to a firepit. We are close to the White Pine Trail. We think you'll find the space peaceful & cozy. There is a stairway to the upstairs, but it is curtained off and covered with foam board for privacy. You will have the entire floor & entrance to yourself!

A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 'Bella Vista' is a cozy cottage SE of Leroy MI, approx. 6 miles E. of 131. The 2 bedroom cottage on Wells Lk. sleeps up to 5 comfortably. 3 large picture windows overlook a beautiful view of the lake. You are able to enjoy this smaller lake via 4 kayaks, deck, or a pontoon off of your personal deck. The comfortable 1993 pontoon has a new 4-stroke, 30 HP Suzuki motor. Pontoon use is $30/day for experienced boaters.

Enjoy your stay at this charming getaway on the shores of all-sports Rose Lake. A simple getaway. Great place to unplug! No Wi-Fi no TV. Lake access right down the street with public boat ramp. Great for taking a break in an incredible cabin. The water is okay for taking a shower and washing dishes, but please use bottled water for cooking and drinking. Downtown Evart drive 15 minutes. Downtown Cadillac drive 25 minutes.
