It's one of cosiest cottages in the country, more akin to a boat, with some clever design features to make creative use of the space. The views are magnificent and it's definitely one of those special boltholes to discover!

The Sail Loft is a converted self contained first floor apartment, which as the name suggests was once where sails were made for the boats built in the boat shed below. Yet the unique situation of Pier House – surrounded by large, mature gardens, with an outdoor pool (heated seasonally) & private access in all directions – it always feels peaceful.

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for two people to explore the surrounding area.
