All rooms are beautifully presented and well maintained, there’s plenty of outside space for relaxing and taking a dip in the 3 person Hot Tub. Please note: Additional charges for hot tub & BBQ.

Lovely wooden cabin at the bottom of garden, very close to river, with separate access via a side walk along the main house. 5 minutes walk from a diving platform for wild river swimming. Walk to Totnes high street in 15-20 minutes along main road, or take the 20-30 minute beautiful riverside walk. The house is very close to the cycle route to Dartington/Totnes. We are also only a 20 minute (uphill) walk to Dartington Hall. Beaches 20 minutes drive away, Dartmoor national park 20 minute drive.

Cabin has a modern heating system and is cosy all year round due to the quality insulation. We supply tea, oat milk and sunshine (when available in Devon 🙂). 100% cotton bedding, towels & kitchen equipment is also supplied. There’s a perfect little kitchen area with all you need, bathroom and super reliable wifi.

Dartmoor National Park - riverside lodge, Mole End

One of a small group of wooden lodges built in a quiet valley on the banks of the river Teign in Dartmoor National park. Woodland walks from the doorstep. Wild birds and flowers, deer,fishing (day/week permit) starry skies. Small play area. The lodge is warm and cosy and well equipped for up to 5 people maximum. A fast road network only 10 mins away gives an easy journey and access to the beaches in South Devon, North Cornwall and the south west of England.

A luxurious rustic haven away from it all. The luxury bits: French linen bedding, robes, soft towels, woodburner, a good book, no street lights.. You might just sleep better than you have in years. The rustic bits: In the winter the cabin is heated by the woodburner- or a portable gas fire if you prefer - there is no WiFi in the cabin and mobile reception very much depends on your network. And all the hot water runs on electricity.
