It's located in one of the most popular family-friendly sub-divisions in Marysville and close to restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. Primary suite has a queen size bed with newly renovated tile shower and fixtures. The two smaller rooms have full size beds and updated fixtures as well. The main floor as a half bath. We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.
