You will be staying in a brand new (2025 construction), 2400 square foot home featuring 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with space for up to 10 family and friends. We are a 3 minute walk to Lake Mary where you will enjoy a private pier with sandy bottom swimming. Short drive to Lake Geneva, Wilmot Mountain, and many other local attractions. We aim to have a cozy and relaxing home where family and friends can get a break and enjoy your time away from home.

Welcome to our charming & cozy Lake-house w/ a beautiful lake view from 3 fully renovated decks. Perched on the shores of Lake Mary, our unique home boasts panoramic views that change with the seasons. The property features a private pier with seating, a private boathouse, fire-pit, grill, a hot-tub and water activities: fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, and assistance with a private boat rental. This 5-bdr, 3.5-bth, 1 boathouse, home sleeps up to 12 people. There are 9 beds, and 3 pull outs.

This newly renovated 2 bd 1 bath home is ideal for couples or small families looking to getaway from the hustle and bustle to make memories and connect with each other.  Plenty of year round activities are nearby making it the perfect, stress free getaway. **NO PARTIES!**
